Hi, > I don't know what I did wrong, but I don't see the jep folders. > I do see the numpy folders. Okay, no worries. You can try installing it now by: - typing 'cmd' into the start bar and hitting enter to open a new terminal - then typing 'pip install jep==3.8.2' in the terminal and hitting enter After that's finished running, those two folders I listed previously should show up in your .../site-packages/ directory in your miniconda3 folder. If they do, try removing caveData and restarting CAVE again. Let me know if that works. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: VJK-999471 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
