Hi David,

It still seems like not all the python packages are working properly.  Can you
confirm numpy and jep are installed by going to:
 C:\Users\David\miniconda3\Lib\site-packages\
And confirming you have these four folders in there:
  jep
  jep-3.8.2.dist-info
  numpy
  numpy-1.15.1.dist-info
