Where are "Red" "Green" and > "Blue" being defined and what channels are being used. I don't believe you have access to the CIRA data products. I'm not sure why there is a valid timestamp showing up, but the CIRA products are not publicly available that I'm aware of. We are receiving those products directly from CIRA and redistributing them on our LDM.
