Hi Anthony,

I just spoke a bit with one of our system administrators and wanted to clarify 
the RAM 
with regards to the video card.  My current machine actually has 4GB of 
dedicated VRAM
and has an additional 15.7GB of shared RAM which is shared DDR4 memory from the 
system.
So as far as actual video RAM, I think you'll want something in the 4-8GB range 
and that
should be sufficient for AWIPS.
