[AWIPS #VMX-938613]: Outlooks

Hi there,

> When you create a outlook on awips, the only options are TSTM, SLGT, MDT,
> and HIGH, is there anyway that in the future this could be changed to add
> TSTM, MRGL, SLGT, ENH, MDT, and HIGH risks.

This is something we'll take a look at in the future.  I will let you know if
we end up making any changes with this.
