Hi, Yes I see the Surface Winds are plotted correctly but not the Model upperair winds. It looks like you installed Python at the system level (which should be okay). However your system "path" variable got set with all the miniconda3 paths, but then your user "path" environment is overriding that. Try adding all of the miniconda3 paths from your system "path" variable to your user "path" variable (I've also attached an image).
