Hi there > Awesome! That worked to get access to wind arrows. However, there are a few > other products that don't work, such as satellite composite or derived > imagery products. It simply says "no data available" in the bottom right > product display. Any ideas? > Thanks Hey, that's great you were able to get the python packages installed and CAVE is working. For satellite data, some of our menus are a bit outdated, and that's actually something we're working on right now and will be changed with our next update sometime in the near future. For the composite imagery, we only have data for Arctic and Antarctic sections, although Antarctic is having issues right now that we are trying to address. So the only working composite imagery right now is for the Arctic sector. The other composite menu items will be removed in the update. For the derived products, they only exist for GOES 16, and not all products are available for all sectors. Again, these menus will be updated in the future to help remove some confusion. Sorry about that, hope that helps.
