Hi there, >Here's another screenshot of the Cave Preferences PyDev Interpreter >settings. From your website archive, it seemed that the problem is >with the python package for display of certain items. As mentioned, >the model data and satellite data display fine. Thanks for those screenshots. It does look like your python interpreter preferences are a bit different than the ones I have (I am working on a MacOS as well). I've attached a screenshot of how my settings look. Maybe you could change yours to mirror mine, and see if that fixes the problem. I think I would start by removing the python interpreter in the top section, and adding the one specified in my config. See if that changes the libraries down below by default, if not, remove the python 3 ones you have, and add in the ones specified in my config. Let me know if this helps at all? --Shay Carter AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: AAY-314532 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
