Hi Tim,

Try to have Hank use the filename as the -p flag instead of the same thing 
every time:

pqinsert -vl - -f EXP -p wrf_d02_202010220800.grb 
/d1/fisherh/saudi/2020101918/wrf_d02_202010220800.grb

Then your pqact should be correct.
