I think for now wait to see what the exact pqinsert command Hank is using. I 
haven't seen any of his files even ping your ldm at this point. It also looks 
like he is just sending you a directory saudi_data? He should be issuing a 
pqinsert for each specific file which would then be similar to what you have in 
your pqact.conf file now.
