[AWIPS #RXM-953481]: CAVE - NCEP WPC Surface Fronts Analysis question

Hi Pete,

Can you please send your "redbook.xml" file (in the distribution directory) and 
your 
"edex-ingest-20200923.log" file?

We tried ingesting both of those files (using the manual endpoint) in a test 
system on our side,
and they both worked.  Could you also try dropping the file that didn't work in 
the 
/awips2/data_store/ingest directory?  This would be testing using the manual 
endpoint and I'm 
wondering if that makes any difference.
