Hi Sam, No need to apologize. That error still sort of looks like a permission issue to me, but I think it should have ingested. If EDEX is able to process it you'll find it in /awips2/edex/data/hdf5/grid/ I take it you weren't able to find the data in CAVE through the Volume or Product Browsers? Is there any data in the hdf5 directory on your EDEX machine?
