[AWIPS #UXT-928462]: Surface Ob question

Hi Peter,

Can you send me your pqact.conf file? LDM matches via the feedtype and file 
name, which by default is:

IDS|DDPLUS      ^(S[AP].{4}) (.{4}) (..)(..)(..)
        FILE    -overwrite -close -edex 
/awips2/data_store/metar/\1_\2_\3\4\5_(seq)

However your pqinsert command is using a different filename and you are not 
setting the feedtype (which by default is "EXP"). While you are inserting the 
file into your ldm queue successfully, it doesn't match any of the patterns in 
your pqact.conf file, so it's not getting pushed to EDEX. You can update the 
pattern and feedtype, restart LDM and should see: 

1. The file being stored in /awips2/data_store/metar/
2. The file in the
