Hi Wei, Could you run: rpm -qa | grep -i netcdf And let me know what gets returned? On our existing edex server we have both: netcdf-devel-4.3.3.1-5.el7.x86_64 netcdf-4.3.3.1-5.el7.x86_64 So if you had those, I wouldn't expect that to be the problem. Thanks. Sorry this has been such a pain. It's not something I've seen before. --Shay Carter Software Engineer II UCAR - Unidata Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: BEW-260229 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
