Hi Wei, It seems like there are issues with your postgres database. Could you please run: edex status And send me the output. And then if you run: service postgres start from the command line (might need to add 'sudo' at the beginning if it says you don't have permission): sudo service postgres start And then run: edex status What is the output look like? Thanks for your help. Sorry edex is giving you trouble. --Shay Carter Software Engineer II UCAR - Unidata Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: BEW-260229 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Normal Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
