Hi Brandon, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your support request. I have not forgotten about the issues you highlighted and wanted to give you a brief update. I *believe* the problem has to do with the install of python and it communicating with CAVE. I am not entirely sure how to solve the problem just yet, but I can replicate it on a machine here so I am looking into it and hopefully will have a solution for you in the near future. In the meantime, I was able to load the data you described when I was running CAVE from a Linux machine. Is it at all possible for you to access a Linux machine or run Linux from a VM on your windows machine? I know this is not really a simple solution, but I think it would enable you to use CAVE fully for the time being until I can give you a proper solution for Windows. Let me know what you think.
