[AWIPS #GQT-347449]: awips trouble with model products

Not all of the products may be available because you are using a NWS release of 
CAVE with a Unidata release of EDEX.   If you install the latest AWIPS CAVE 
client from Unidata (16.1.5) then the products from the Unidata 16.1.5 EDEX 
server will load properly.
