[UDUNITS #OBJ-198091]: udunits 2.2.26 fails to build against clang 12.0.0

I don't have this problem with my current development version. Would you mind 
trying it? You can download it with this command:

    wget ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/udunits/beta/udunits-2.2.27.15.tar.gz
