[UDUNITS #UDT-940784]: Udunits 1 and 2

Hi Brook,

Version 1 of the UDUNITS package also has a Fortran API.

Version 2 supports referenced logarithmic units.

I don't forsee any development of version 1 of the package.

That's what I forsee.

> Should udunits1 be deprecated? If so, what is the likely EOL?

Now, as far as I'm concerned. It's still available, however, because disk space 
is cheap. :-)
