[UDUNITS #JFS-859278]: UDUNITS 1.10 or 1.12 issues

I would have thought that impossible.

Please do the following:
    1. Go to the top-level source-directory of the UDUNITS package.
    2. Execute the command "make clean".
    3. Execute the command "make". Redirect the standard output and standard 
error streams to the file "make.log".
    4. Send me the file "make.log".
