[UDUNITS #ELF-296128]: problem running make install with udunits-2.1.22

Did you configure the UDUNITS-2 package, which is a subpackage within the 
netCDF package, using the configure(1) script of the netCDF package or did you 
configure the UDUNITS-2 package separately and manually?
