[UDUNITS #UTP-934011]: failed to install udunits

The file "install.log" contained the following:

If you need the Perl interface, then the superuser will have to execute the 
command "make install".

If you don't need the Perl interface, then do a "make distclean", set the 
environment variable PERL to the empty string, and rebuild and reinstall the 
package.
