[Support #SJE-633108]: [udunits] ucar.units.Unit subclasses override equals( Object), but not hashCode()

According to the keepers of netCDF-Java, the modified code is now
available in release 4.0.36 at 
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/>.
