[UDUNITS #ZYY-472715]: problem building udunits on opensuse 10.3

I'm making a new release that should solve the problem.
I'll tell you when it's available.

The problem you're having is that the C compiler is preventing
the _POSIX_MAX_INPUT macro in <limits.h> from being defined.
