[THREDDS #LBC-319874]: HRRR omega on isobaric surfaces?

Greetings!

I'm sure there's a reason, but I have no idea what it is.

I've checked and we're not receiving any omega (VVEL) fields for the HRRR, nor 
do I see any in the AWS S3 HRRR archive online. This seems to agree with the 
last service change notice from the NWS on the HRRR, which only mentions a 700 
hPa vertical velocity (DZDT):

So I'd say you have to take it up with NCEP, since we can only share what we 
receive. ;)
