[THREDDS #UDT-134933]: TDS AWS S3 object services problems

Indeed, the DatasetScans are not implemented yet for S3 but we do plan to add 
this soon. There are also some bugs we are working on fixing for the S3 
FeatureCollections but single file datasets and aggregations should already 
work.

thanks for updates. We don't need  CdmrFeature service at this time, I just
copied all of the services into my test catalog. I will remove it.

I also tested DatasetScan in my catalog file for S3, it did not work. Do
you have any plan to implement DatasetScan function for S3?
