[THREDDS #ZNH-879818]: Forcing SSL for Every Request to TDS?

Hi Nathan,

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you want to redirect every HTTP request to 
HTTPS? If so, that's something that's typically handled by proxying access to 
THREDDS through an Apache server. Then, that sort of config is easy in Apache.
