[THREDDS #AVQ-822608]: info retrieved passing tomcat/thredds password protection

Thanks for the info about the allowable patterns, I will
add a note to my documentation.

As for the error: Error: Could not open https://…/….nc for reading
My immediate reaction is that the file permissions on the file being
read on the server may be incorrect.

Try opening 
  https://myusername:address@hidden/thredds/dodsC/restrictedAccess/….nc
in your web browser and see what happens.
