Hi Jeff,

I see it here: 
http://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/ncss/grib/NCEP/NDFD/NWS/CONUS/NOAAPORT/NDFD_NWS_CONUS_2p5km_20160302_1200.grib2/dataset.html
 

under "Grid as Point Dataset" at the top. Can you be more specific regarding 
what your problem is precisely?
