[THREDDS #JXU-914590]: Grib data too slow

This forum is run by the same team at Unidata that runs the netcdf java support 
group. Performance for GRIB file collections has improved on recent versions of 
THREDDS, but there's nothing we can do for  
http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/thredds/; we don't control that server.
