Hi Peter,

catalogRef's xlink:href attribute is a simple reference to another catalog; 
it's not intended to have a Key-Value-Pair appended to it, as you have done in 
the 2nd example. You cannot use catalogRef to grab a single dataset inside a 
catalog.
