[THREDDS #SYD-491615]: TDS java exception "java.lang.NegativeArraySizeException" for large netcdf

Okay, next thing that's a problem is that both of your catalogRef catalogs () 
have the same datasetRoot.  That causes this error in your catalogInit.log:

*** ERROR DataRootConfig already have dataRoot =<test>  mapped to directory= 
</usr/share/tomcat6/content/thredds/public/testdata/> wanted to map to 
</usr/share/tomcat6/content/thredds/public/testdata/

This is probably responsible for a few other hiccups in the logs.  Still 
working through to your main issue.
