[THREDDS #GPA-681302]: ncSubset point file sizes netcdf vs. netcdf4

What you are seeing is the fact
that netcdf4 files have a larger
fixed overhead than netcdf3 files.
To see this, change that dimension
to 333333, for example, and you should
see that the netcdf3 file is now about the same
size as the netcdf4 file, partly because of how
unlimited is handled and partly because of fill
value handling.
