[THREDDS #PRH-501873]: WMS query

Hi Ghansham,

I think there are a couple of typos in your ncml. 
For the U10 variable the standard name says:
<attribute name="standard_name" value="northword_wind" />
The value must be northward_wind.
Also, for V10 the value for the standard_name attribute must be eastward_wind 
instead eastword_wind
