[THREDDS #OIJ-420182]: motherload thredds throwing Error 500 ISE

Daryl,

I just went and looked up the dataset you referenced:

http://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/catalog/grib/NCEP/RAP/CONUS_13km/catalog.html

and didn't have any trouble pulling down data.  It's possible you were having 
trouble hitting the motherlode:port url, since we were having server issues 
this week.  Try the above and let me know if you're having problems.

Also, how did you generate the url in the support e-mail you sent?  It does 
indeed generate a 404, but I couldn't recreate it here.
