[THREDDS #ODQ-353091]: dataset reloading in threddds

Ghansham,

Try setting cache="false" in your <datasetRoot> element.

You may also set maxFiles to 0 in threddsConfig.xml for <NetcdfFileCache> and 
<HTTPFileCache>:
