[THREDDS #QOV-626908]: Cant mix non-interval coordinates

Hi Carlos:

GRIB files should now be handled using the "GRIB feature collection" feature in 
TDS version 4.3. see:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/tds4.3/reference/collections/GribCollections.html

All other solutions have problems are are no longer being developed.
