[THREDDS #RUH-556112]: problem displaying after adding restrictedDatasetUser to a few datasets

Hi Donna,

The TDS actually has a few known issues running on Tomcat 7. One of them is 
handling /thredds/ and /thredds/catalog.html requests. So that might explain 
your "Service Temporarily Unavailable" response (though I would expect a 404 
Not Found response). The other issue has to do with the WMS functionality. So, 
if you are enabling and using WMS, that will be an issue.

We plan to have both of these issues fixed in TDS 4.2.9. In the mean time, we 
recommend running TDS with the latest Tomcat 6.0.
