[THREDDS #JNS-236151]: Re: little help with GODIVA

Hi Rich, Tiziano,

I believe I have a fix. But it is in the Godiva2 JavaScript and I'm not very 
familiar with that part of the code. So, I'm going to pass it by Jon Blower 
before folding it in.

We're planning a TDS 4.2.4 release in the next week or so. We will have it in 
that release.

PS Rich, I've heard from Dave Neufeld and we should have his ncISO time extent 
fix in TDS 4.2.4 as well.
