[THREDDS #PRS-904604]: THREDDS Installation issues

Hi Patrick,

Yeah, we haven't gotten around to Tomcat 7 yet.

I tried it awhile back and some of the WMS JSP pages failed because of the 
servlet spec version.
But I'm surprised the URL you tried didn't work.
