[THREDDS #ITT-451893]: WMS time getmap parameter support

Hi François,

The THREDDS Data Server (TDS) can serve netCDF data as well as several other 
data formats. It uses the netCDF-Java library 
(http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/) to read data and so can 
serve any data the netCDF-Java library can read (you can find a list of 
supported data formats from the above link).

The WMS server in the TDS uses the ncWMS server code which does support the 
TIME parameter. You can find more detailed information on ncWMS at
