[THREDDS #ZUR-765141]: another one that works as NcML, but not as THREDDS Catalog via OpenDAP

The test was using the latest trunk code and inside my IDE. There is a test 
server on motherlode with the same version of your TDS, so I'm going to install 
the catalog there and try again. I'll let you know the results later today.
