Jeff,

I'll create a catalog entry and the fmrc definition file for the SREF data.

the grefs is also ensemble data, it's currently on ml. I'll create a catalog 
entry
for this data too. The new grib refactor code handles the ensemble data but it's
not tested/released yet.
