[netCDFJava #TTG-191401]: Inconsistent array length error

Hi Rich:

What operation are you doing when it fails? I can open, and see some large 
variables:
  90 * 460 * 701 * 4 = 116,085,600 bytes.

These large numbers  1,165,128,303 != 1,914,731,274 are strange.

Do you know the server owner? Id like to get one of the files and try to 
reproduce it.

(version is 3.16.42)
