[THREDDS #IPS-108492]: Problem with server motherlode.ucar.edu:8080 [Was: Question about pydap]

Hi Roberto:

This bug is in the embarassing category of "how did that slip by?". It effects 
certain file types (like GINI) rather than being related to the data type (like 
byte), only when they are served through the OPeNDAP server.

Anyway, it should now be fixed on motherlode:8080, and Im putting out an update 
for 3.14.
