Hello,
I want to thank all of you for your contributions to the THREDDS proposal to NSF's NSDL "collections" track announcement. I finally "rassled" the original Word proposal documents into a combined HTML document which is available at: 

 http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/NSDL/CompleteProposal.htm
My plan for the next steps is to construct an up-to-date web site with pointers to the collaborating sites. So I may be contacting you for URLs that highlight the best aspects of your Web sites.
