20050426:Suominet sites with bad time on source LDM

Hi Teresa,

Just an fyi, I am sure your program does not rely on "clock time" from
these sites, but if a site were to go down and re-request data, it would
go back to the latest time stamp ingested via that feed, and begin
requesting from there, so data could be lost during
disconnects/reconnects..

Offending sites are:

BLO2.cutdsl.net
clgps.eas.purdue.edu
hygps.afws.org
