Hi Teresa and Maggie, 

Subscribe at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/mailinglist/mailing-list-form.html

Select "Action" which would be "subscribe" and then select "suominet" from
the choice of lists..It is best to subscribe from the host and e-mail you
are subscribing as..
