HI Teresa, 

Just a reminder or helpful hint..

If the IP is 124.12.123.12

I would place the allow as

allow   124/.12/.123/.*

because the . can be used as a special character we want to make sure the
pattern matches on the dot as well so the backslash eliminates the special
character attribute of the dot...
