Thanks for reaching out! Our team will take a look at reboot the server as
necessary.
In the meanwhile, you might consider using the Python boto3 library to download
the data directly from S3:
from datetime import datetime
import boto3
import botocore
from botocore.client import Config
from metpy.io import Level2File
s3 = boto3.resource('s3', config=Config(signature_version=botocore.UNSIGNED,
user_agent_extra='Resource'))
bucket = s3.Bucket('noaa-nexrad-level2')
d = datetime(2020, 5, 3, 23)
station = 'KTLX'
prefix = f'{d:%Y}/{d:%m}/{d:%d}/{station}/{station}{d:%Y%m%d_%H}'
for obj in bucket.objects.filter(Prefix=prefix):
print(obj.key)
break
f = Level2File(obj.get()['Body'])
